Perry Knorr 40 of North Rose died after his car collided with a tractor-trailer west of Weedsport Route 31. Firefighters freed him after 45 minutes. he died at Crouse Irving Hospital. Truck driver Robert Freehling 22 faces traffic charges for alleged failure to yield and operating an overwidth vehicle after dark.
