Sunshine Court Hears Unlawful Assault Charge In Plane incident
Mathews, described as a war neurosis case, appeared at Sunshine Court facing an unlawful assault charge brought by Edwin Leslie Young. Testimony said Mathews threatened to punch Young and swung a blow when Young confronted him near a dismantled aeroplane. Young and his son testified no provocation.
