United Senior Services will host its second annual Health and Wellness Fair at the George Street Center on November 3. The event, backed by Christ Episcopal Church Craven County Health Department and Craven Regional Medical Center, offers free or reduced tests for residents aged 60 plus from Craven and Jones counties. Craven County man charged in alleged kidnapping act
Lindale Smith Jr. of New Bern is charged with two counts of first degree kidnapping for abducting Wade Lewis and Thomas Meadows on Oct 13.
