Homebrewing class kicks off at Craven CC in 2018

Jones leads a 12 week Introduction to Homebrewing course at Craven Community College starting January 2018. He began serious brewing in 2004, mentors locals through the ATF Homebrew Club, and aims to teach hands on techniques, water quality, and sensory analysis to entry level enthusiasts. He balances teaching with a day job at Tryon Palace and plans for advanced or condensed evening classes if interest grows.

Mother Earth marks 10 years with Kinston festival and lodge

Kinston hosts aDowntown revival celebration marking a decade of Mother Earth’s operations.
