State Briefs Three Pedestrians Die In Separate Accidents
Police in North Carolina report three pedestrians killed in separate crashes within an hour. In north Raleigh a man was struck at an intersection. the driver was detained with no charges yet. In Holly Springs a 14 year old girl was hit while crossing NC 55. In Garner a man died after being struck near US 70.

State fines utility and contractors in deadly Durham explosion
