Transpark Authority Hires Bechtel for Environmental Statement
The North Carolina Global TransPark Authority selected Bechtel Corp to prepare an environmental impact statement for the Lenoir County air cargo project. Kimley Horn will join the team. the plan preserves over 2,000 acres, including 1,500 acres of wetlands and connected habitats, while outlining project size and indirect effects.
