Esper says Navy secret deal attempt left him shocked
Defense Secretary Mark Esper said he was flabbergasted when Navy Secretary Richard Spencer allegedly offered a secret deal to let SEAL Edward Gallagher retire as a SEAL if Trump stayed out of the case.
