Coastal Forecast for Outer Banks to Surf City

National forecast covers 20 nautical miles from OCRACOKE to SURF CITY with winds 7-14 knots offshore and seas 2-4 feet. Tonight winds shift to WSW 6-12 knots with similar seas and clear visibility. Tomorrow S or WSW winds 10-20 knots, seas 3-5 feet, clear conditions. Saturday winds S 6-12 knots, seas 3-5 feet, clear. Low risk coastal area includes PENDER Surf City and Topsail Island.
