Supreme Court allows Sandy Hook suit against Remington to proceed
The Supreme Court rejected Remington Arms' appeal and allowed the Connecticut case to move forward in state court. The suit alleges the Bushmaster AR-15 style rifle used in the Newtown massacre was marketed improperly to youths and questions manufacturer responsibility for gun violence.
