Cooper Plans Phase 1 of Reopening

North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper announced plans to begin Phase 1 of a three phase reopening this weekend as the stay at home order expires May 8. Phase 1 allows clothing, sporting and book stores to reopen with social distancing and enhanced cleaning, permits parks and outdoor exercise, and limits gatherings to 10 people while monitoring health indicators.
