Frashier Hinton, a Venice druggist, has had his license suspended by the Department of Professional Regulation after an audit found more than 14 000 units of various controlled drugs missing from the pharmacy where he worked. The elder Hinton faces 10 counts of unlawful drug delivery and two counts of forging prescriptions, with a 12 count felony indictment set for November 2. The pharmacy will stay open with a licensed relief pharmacist.
