County parks set to close at night if ordinance passes
Sarasota County considers an ordinance to curb nighttime vandalism by closing beaches and inland sites after 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. while allowing midnight beach strolls. Boating and fishing access would stay open. picnic areas shut during the night.
