Venice Hospital to expand morgue facilities and autopsy area
The Venice Hospital Board of Trustees approved a 194 660 expansion adding a larger morgue with direct outside access and a dedicated soiled linen holding area. The project will create a cold room for six bodies, relocate microbiology, and improve isolation from hospital traffic while aiding funeral home transport.
