YMCA Offers Wide Range Of Senior Fitness Classes
South County Family YMCA announces senior fitness and health programs including cardiovacular classes starting March 22. Additional offerings include The Y's Way To A Healthy Back six week program starting March 30, adult tennis racquetball yoga karate and youth tennis and racquetball classes with schedules through March and May.
