Venice Woman Struck by Car In Crosswalk In Fair Condition
Edith Goshaw Jackson, 83, of 421 Bayshore Drive, remained in Venice Hospital ICU after being hit by a westbound car driven by 16 year old Frank Noyes in a 20 mph zone. He was charged with failure to yield to a pedestrian after skidding 21 feet.
