Senate bill may aid Venice condo owners under Title V
A Senate move on the Housing and Community Development Act of 1980 could aid condo and cooperative owners. Title V, the Condominium and Cooperative Conversion Protection and Abuse Relief Act, proposes national rights and disclosure standards and limits on long term leases. The Bella Costa residents in Venice seek support to push Title V through the House after Senate approval.
