County Hears Plan to Hire Advisor for MacArthur Bond

Venice Florida June 5 1980 The Sun Coast Gondolier reports County Commissioners rejected a five week delay on hiring a financial advisor for a proposed 19 million bond to buy the 32000 acre MacArthur tract. The board backed pursuing a bond backed by clerk receipts and FPL tax.
