Venice City Councilman Charles Chick Muller 65 was transferred from Venice Hospital to Venice Nursing Home South for therapeutic treatment and rehabilitation after an injury on the morning of May. His wife Fern says the move enables his road back to health as he serves his first full term after a long fire prevention career with the St. Louis Fire Department. The couple has lived at the Venice Municipal Mobile Home Park for 12 years and he joined the council the prior winter after frequent council attendance and strong city politics interest.
