Suit dismissed against former Venice engineer Lindh
The Second District Court of Appeal dismissed a three year suit by the City of Venice against former consulting engineer William Lindh over alleged faults in the reverse osmosis plant. The city had sought damages and blamed Lindh for 1978 pressure issues that caused a relief valve release into Hatchett Creek.
