Former city engineer vows to press lift station fight
Ted Yeatts, former Venice city engineer, vows to continue challenging a sewage lift station in his neighborhood. The Florida DER is set to deny his petition for declaratory relief as untimely, since the permit reportedly issued in August 1981.
