Well Known Fairbanks Woman Claimed by Death
Mrs. Malinda J. Milligan 75 a Fairbanks township resident and wife of James Wakely Milligan died Thursday evening at home after an extended illness with complications. She was native to Fairbanks township daughter of Henry Johnson a pioneer. Funeral held Sunday at Drake church with Rev George Fason officiating burial at Pleasant Green cemetery. Survived by husband a son John Milligan of Olerichs North Dakota two daughters Mrs John Lloyd of Farmersburg and Mrs Elnora Higbee of Fairbanks.

Body of Merrit Biggers Found Near Willfred Farm
The body of Merrit Biggers, missing for three weeks, was found in a pond on the Paul Pollock farm near Willfred. Neighbors John Treadway Ed Mason and William Raines discovered it. He had cut his throat from ear to ear before his disappearance two to three weeks earlier, leading to theories of mental distress. The family believed he might have gone to Wisconsin where he owned a farm.

Legion Auxiliary Meeting Held at Christian Church
The district conference of the American Legion Auxiliary met today at the Christian church under Sullivan chapel auspices. Present were Mrs. Lucile A. Downing of Wabash Indiana, past state president, and Mrs. J. C. Glackman of Rockport Indiana, the new state president, who gave addresses. Mrs. W. H. McGrew presided.
Death claims second victim of auto crash
Estil Norman age 15 son of Mr and Mrs Joe Norman of Greenville died at the county hospital Sunday from injuries suffered in an auto crash at Bays crossing north of the city on November 5th. His father Joe Norman was killed in the same crash and other family members were seriously injured. The boy had not regained consciousness since the accident.

Farmersons Fatal Auto Crash Claims Young Boy
Harold Montgomery seven years old of Farmersburg died after an afternoon crash near Shelburn. He was struck by a southbound car driven by Russell Scott of Shelburn when he ran into the road while with his mother Mrs. James Smith. He suffered a fractured skull and a broken leg and was brought to the county hospital in critical condition. No blame was found. parents received medical aid after the shock.

Sullivan Passes City Ordinance Regulating Traffic and Parking
