Hymera men sentenced for theft of chickens
Clarence Everhart 26 and James McGill 29 of Hymera were found guilty of stealing chickens Thursday night. They received 90 days at the state penal farm, a $5 fine, and a one year disfranchisement. Judge Bridwell imposed the sentence on prosecutor Pigg’s recommendation as first offenses.
