W T Saixton leaves Supt post at Steubenville and East Liverpool Ry and Light Co to join Cable Electric Co. He previously headed East Liverpool Traction lines serving Rock Springs Park. H E Armstrong named Acting Superintendent in Saixton’s place and takes over duties immediately.
