Linehan Divorce Alimony Denied Yet Support Granted
Judge Mansfield ruled Monday in several actions. Mrs Linehan obtained alimony of 100 per year for herself and child, payable quarterly, while Linehan was ordered to cover court costs after a divorce petition was denied. Other cases included motions for new trials and notices of appeal, with rulings on costs and bills of exceptions. An unrelated local cave exploration by Fithen and Elliott described a dangerous subterranean ascent with no signs of artifacts or inhabitants.
