Scientist Lectures Students on Wonders of Inventions
Harry C. White, a friend of Edison and Steinmetz, lectured to an assembly this morning. He demonstrated laboratory apparatus worth thousands, including the electric eye that rings a bell or starts a fan, and used a radio pen to inscribe letters of fire on a distant screen. His engaging humor and vivid explanations inspired scientific interest among the students.
