SHS Hosts Math Conference at Sterling Junior High

SHS hosts the northern sectional meeting of the Illinois Council of Teachers of Mathematics at Sterling Junior High School on Saturday April 29. The theme is The function of Modern Mathematics with IBM Chicago engineer Richard L. Bulinski as main speaker at 9 15 am. Other speakers include Clarence E Hardgrove Roderick McLennan and Rothwell Stephens. After lunch three panels and a tour of Northwestern Steel and Wire Co. are planned. Co chairs Sherman and Schulz led planning efforts.
