Death of Mr. H. A. Maxwell at Steele City Neb
Obituary records the death of H. A. Maxwell at his Steele City Nebraska home on February 23 1897 aged 67 years 11 months 21 days after a long illness. Born March 2 1829 in Fulton County Illinois he lived in Illinois Indiana Iowa and Nebraska and is survived by his wife Virginia Fleming three sons and two daughters. He was a devout Sunday school teacher and a respected church member whose life was marked by faithfulness and service to youth. Rev Terrel son in law delivered the morning sermon at the M E Church last Sunday.
