Four days remain before the election. James Wallace and family visited St. Joseph Saturday. Various notices include sales of walnuts, home services, bank promotions, and a Home Ec. fundraiser. Local events mention family visits, a funeral, election efforts, and an address by Congressman M O McLaughlin.
The Ladies Aid hosted a Hallowe'en social at the North church on Tuesday night. The church was decorated for the occasion and the entertainment fit the season. Refreshments were served and attendees enjoyed the evening.
