The Steele City high school basketball team defeated Odell 28 to 18 in the season opener held Friday evening in the school gym. The report mentions Sam seeking stock hogs and a contact offer from Cyc Andrews for possible trades.
All creditors of the Steele City Stock Show and Carnival Co. are asked to deliver their bills to secretary R. S. Wilfley at once for payment. An itemized financial statement of the company’s standing will be published next week.
