The 25th annual convention of the Nebraska Federation of Womans Clubs is in session in Fairbury this week. About 400 delegates attend with Steele City members including Mrs. C. C. Andrews and Mrs. F. W. Lowe among those present. The 4th District won the prize for most new clubs joining the federation.

Honor Soldier Boys Receive Armistice Day Welcome in Steele City
Steele City plans a public Armistice day welcome home for local servicemen. An executive committee led by W. C. Palmer will organize a full day and evening program with music, a possible aviator exhibition, free moving pictures, and a big banquet for all in uniform. Funds of $600 to $700 are available. Gov. McKelvie may be replaced by another speaker.
