The Commissioner appointed to locate and establish a road of width one rod reports favoring its establishment from the middle of the north line of section 23 to the south line, township and range, with notice to landowners posted in the County Clerk’s office by noon June 1, 1909. County Clerk F A Houston signs the notice.
Creditors of the estate of John W Clark deceased are directed to meet the executor before the county judge in the Jefferson county Nebraska county court room on January 10 1910 at 1 pm to present claims for examination adjustment and allowance. Months are allowed for filing claims as required by law.
The estate of Catherine Clark is to be examined for claims on January 8 1910 at 1 PM. Creditors have six months to present demands against the estate. All claims not filed in county court by January 10 1910 will be forever barred. Publication will run in the Steeler for four weeks prior to January 10 1910. Boyle County Judge.
In the County Court of Jefferson County Nebraska a petition for the adoption of Irene Williams a female child under 14 is filed by Bernhard P Ratzlaff and Elizabeth Ratzlaff who have custody of the child. The ChIld Welfare Institute of Omaha filed relinquishment and a hearing is set for August 28 1909 at 1:00 PM in the County Court room.
