The contest offers five prizes to the five candidates with the most votes by 2 p.m. on December 31. Ballots are counted weekly at 4 p.m. by a three person committee chosen by the Contest Manager and published the next Press issue. Nomination closes August 15 and votes must come from specified Coupon Ballots at C L Clark’s store. several restrictions apply.
