Rainy Fourth Blesses Steeler City With Safe Celebration

Steeler City enjoyed a wet but safe Fourth of July with local notes on Harold Whitney’s wrist boil, the Bloom’s 60th anniversary, and a spate of storm damage. Farmers Elevator shipped three cars of grain while Diller plans a two day picnic August 10 and 11 and rainfall improves the crop outlook despite uprooted trees and damaged barns.
