County officers sworn in as bonds filed with minor changes
Last week Thursday the new county officers filed their bonds and were sworn in. Changes were made only in the county attorney’s office with F. L. Rain succeeding C. H. Denney and C. W. Rohrbaugh succeeding Alex Shepard as county commissioners. Judge Raper held court in chambers then moved to a special session. In Ward et al vs Ward et al a partition suit the sale was confirmed and a deed ordered. The next district court term is set for February 23.
