Fred Reynolds and sister Mrs. Davis visited north of Diller. C I Clark began putting up ice seven to eight inches thick. Miss Maude Evans at Wesleyan University visited her brother during holiday. J A Jacks of Fairbury held a public sale. Weather turned wintry with 12 degrees below zero. Several residents traveled to visit relatives in Gaines City Lincoln Fairbury and Sioux City.
The K of P lodge admitted new members Thursday night and installed officers for the coming year. Willey returned from a Poland China breeders banquet in St. Joe and plans to rebuild his herd with selected hogs.
