Fresh Oysters Available By Daily Rock Supply

Ray Barber announces daily fresh oysters in a rock supply and invites orders a day ahead. Word arrived last Saturday that Mr. Y. Musser died in Ingleside Hastings and his body was shipped to Washington Kansas for burial. Mrs Musser returned from Mount Vernon Washington to attend the funeral.

Ice cutting under way for 300 tons of storage

C. T. Clark began a crew to cut ice and fill his ice house on Thursday. If weather stays favorable, about 300 tons will be stored for next summer. Ice runs from .74 to 9 inches thick and is good quality, cut in the river bed north of the west bridge.

Community Vacation Week Services at Congregational Church
