School was dismissed Thursday afternoon and will not return for the rest of the week to permit teachers to attend the first district teachers association held at Lincoln on Thursday Friday and Saturday.
Neatly scanned notes report April events in Fairbury and surrounding areas. A Sunday cantata The Conquering King impressed the audience under Prof Humphreys guidance.
