Logan hospital sex assault suit targets officer and hospital
A Logan man sues Logan police for failing to stop an alleged sexual assault by emergency room technician Hal Weston at Logan Regional Hospital. Officer guarding the intoxicated patient is named in the suit, which City Attorney Kymber Housley says lacks merit. Weston, 46, faces a May 9 trial. he no longer works at the hospital.
