Avalanche injury highlights dangers for Wasatch skiers
A 41 year old skier was buried to his neck in an avalanche near Salt Lake City. Four skiers were caught in a Broad's Fork slide in Little Cottonwood Canyon as the Utah Avalanche Center notes a glide event with no warning. One man was hospitalized with a possible broken leg after companions dug him out and a helicopter evacuated him at night.
