May 6 Deadline For Signing Cotton Subsidy Papers
County cotton growers are urged to sign subsidy papers by May 6 in a notice from Tom Lee Easley assistant in Cotton Adjustment at the County agent's office of Anson. He warns that May 6 is the deadline for applications unless the option is the 10 cent loan and notes only the person who prepared the 1935 Bankheap application can sign the subsidy form.

Stamford resident Henry Tsuji 44 died at Stamford Sanitarium from pneumonia after influenza. He lived in Stamford 16 years, was born in San Francisco January 26 1892, and came from New Mexico in 1920. Funeral at First Baptist Church with burial in Highland Cemetery.
