Mrs Lillian McCorkle of Leeders died Tuesday at age 80. Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Baptist church in Leeders conducted by Rev J J Gentry. Barrow Furniture Co undertakers handled arrangements. She was survived by her husband who predeceased her and a daughter Mrs Scott of Luedera along with many grandchildren and friends.

Death of Geo Wills mourned by Lueders community
George Wills died March 11 1925 after a brief illness lasting three to four weeks. Born April 8 1877 in Hill County he married Lissie Bynum Dee on December 22 1808 and they had nine children. The funeral was held March 12 at Bethlehem Cemetery in Panston with many neighbors attending. Sister Wille expresses gratitude and enduring appreciation to friends and neighbors for support.
