Ray Rector, grand master of the Texas grand lodge LOOP, spoke at a gathering of Odd Fellows and Rebekahs in Abilene Tuesday High attended by over 200 members from about 11 lodges in the area. The group meetings began about two months ago and have spread across Texas, with Stamford hosting a similar rally in early November.
