Highway Patrol To Inspect Cars Here August 17
Texas Highway Patrol will conduct a two day safety lane campaign in Stamford starting August 17. Cars will be tested for brakes steering windshield wipers muffler horn and lights with blue certificates for pass and pink stickers for defects. Over 100000 cars have been tested statewide since April 1 with 23 percent defective. 85 percent corrected after sticker notices.
