Two Young Men Die of Typhoid in Willisburg

Refused injunction blocks Kentucky primary delay

Judge Jobe M. Galloway refused to halt the Democratic Executive Committee from holding the November 6 primary for state and U.S. Senate candidates. He ruled that removing the voter disclosure rule dissolved the main legal objection and that other grounds were ineffective. No further action to stop the primary can be taken. An appeal to the Court of Appeals is not feasible before the vote.
