Death of James Moore in Mooresville at 75
James Moore aged seventy five died suddenly at his home in Mooresville last night around 11 o clock. He and his wife and two children survived by many friends. A Christian Church member at Maud the funeral will be held there this afternoon with burial in the family cemetery.

At Mooresville last Saturday night a fight broke out between Clem Cutsinger and nearby residents during a dispute involving a newly married couple Palmer Cheatham. Cutsinger inflicted a severe cut on Cheatham’s throat. Dr. Shehan of Maud was summoned and seven stitches were required. Cheatham was reported out of danger.
