Drowns in Salt River at Furman’s Ford
Bloomfield insurance man Ely Snyder drowned after his horse bolted into Salt River at Furman’s Ford in Spencer County last Friday about 11 o clock. His body was recovered Sunday morning. the event was witnessed by Mrs. Furman. He leaves a wife and two children. Masons from nearby towns attended his burial in Big Springs cemetery.
