Lac du Bonnet Driver Escapes Serious Injury
Bo Corriea of Whitemouth, an employee of Syderko Enterprises in Lac du Bonnet, narrowly avoided serious harm after his oil and gasoline delivery tanker skidded off an icy road near Pinawa. The truck rolled, he was pulled from the cab by two drivers, treated at Pinawa Hospital, and released. About 150 gallons of fuel oil spilled. 200 gallons of gasoline remained in tact. Fire crews burned the spilled fuel to prevent further danger.
