Mrs. T G Baskine reports well from California as by law votes pass for a new Whitemouth Consolidated school. The Whitemouth Foresters met in the Municipal hall with Brother T Nightingale present. June housing and visits include birthdays dinners and guests from Stratford Winnipeg and Erie Manitoba. Voting for the by law showed 141 in favor and 4 against. Ed Henderson and K E Curry thanked for driving electors to vote. Community members travel to Winnipeg Brantford and Stonewall for work and leisure.
The Municipal hall was packed to capacity on Saturday May 15 for a Community club supper. The committee in charge is praised for making the evening a success. Also noted are short vacations and plans to join the Canadian Army Active Force.
