In a House statement Rt Hon C D Howe outlines final 1954-55 wheat pool payments, 1955-56 delivery quotas, and initial 1956 crop year prices for wheat oats and barley. He notes 50 million bushels may move to the 1955-56 pool, with cheques to producers expected around May 22 to 23.
