Co op union rushes for quick freezing plant
Canada MISSION B C reports a cooperative union rushes to build a quick freezing and holding plant for the 1946 fruit season. The plant will freeze 75 barrels daily, equal to 30 000 pounds, and hold 1 500 barrels in its holding room.

Bridesmaid Miss Agnes Forbes, best man Lewellyn Howes, and guests included Mrs J Dusette and various relatives. The bride wore a gold wool dressmaker suit and black hat for the sendoff.
